Delivery Methods

TheBasementCellar.com is a membership based web-site that is focused on people that collect wine.
The site does not sell and deliver products as an e-retailer might; for example, we won’t sell and then ship you
a set of wine glasses. We would prefer to link our web-site to a web-site that can provide you with that product.
However, we do provide services, and these services are delivered electronically. We have two primary methods of
delivering information to our customers: email communication and site messaging. Your email address is our primary
method of delivering services to you. In addition, we have a site messaging utility that will log information for you,
but is only delivered to you when you login to your account.
TheBasementCellar.com delivers a registration service immediately. Other services, such as placing a classified ad,
are provided upon review of your request. Any requests that results in posting content to the site requires review.
Advertising and other requests that require a site approval can expect a review within 1 business day.
An approval is not guaranteed. Paying for a site service and being denied does not automatically guarantee a refund.
