TheBasementCellar.com web-site is a membership based site, that in large part,
derives its uniqueness by allowing users to publish content to the site via their user
registration handle.
The site allows multiple levels of publication:
a) Private. Private data is not published to anyone but the owner.
b) Public. Public data can be viewed anonymously by anyone on the internet.
c) Members Only. This data can only be viewed by registered members on the site.
d) My Friends. This data can only be viewed by users in your friends list.
The following items can be published by registered users:
a) Blog entries.
b) Classified Advertisements.
c) Site Advertising.
d) Wine Rating (Drinking Notes) of a particular wine that you have experienced.
TheBasementCellar.com reserves the right to reject registered users for the following reasons:
a) Inappropriate Content (not relative to wine and wine collecting).
b) Poor quality images.
c) Illegible or not-understood content.
d) Ranting.
e) Other.
This privacy policy was last reviewed and revised on February 15, 2008.
